The ADT Link Alert form below can be filled out and returned to the City Office. 

The ADT Link Alert is for anyone who would like to be notified via phone or text messages of a list of notifications whether it be weather related, emergency alerts, ect.  You can select what you would like to be notified about if and when an alert is created.
